eKidnaworld Attends the Fourth Annual Crunchies Awards
Karen Orford, Founder and CEO of eKidnaworld, a safe virtual world for kids, attended the Fourth Annual Crunchies Awards yesterday, January 22, 2011, at the Palace of Fine Arts in San Francisco, California, along with the world’s best companies such as Twitter, Facebook, Groupon, Zynga, etc.
TechCrunch has partnered with fellow blogs namely GigaOm and VentureBeat to make this huge happening possible. The awards night was created primarily to celebrate the best technology achievements of 2010 and to acknowledge the companies that made it to the top for the previous year.
The Fourth Annual Crunchies Awards has been overwhelmingly successful as hundreds of people, each representing their company, have attended and participated in the said yearly event. Although it was a tight race for many of the categories, the competition remained healthy among the top contenders.
